Handmade Paper Doll in Armenian National Costume (Taraz)

  • Paper Doll comes in a variety of over a dozen different colors and costume patterns.

  • Made by Ani Avagimyan. Ani was born in the Syunik region of Armenia. She studied at Kapan State College of Arts, design department. She moved to Shushi, Artsakh in 2015. Unfortunately, her family was displaced as a result of the 2020 war.

 

Hand-Painted Oil Painting of a Scene in Artsakh

  • Oil Painting (17cm x 12cm) features one of 5 different scenes from Historic Artsakh along with a description of the area.

  • Made by David Avaginyan. David was born in Baku. Following the Sumgait massacres, his family moved to Artsakh. He studied at the State Humanities College Department of Decoration and Applied Arts in Shushi. After the 2020 war he resettled in Yerevan.

 

Wool Table Runner with traditional carpet designS

  • Table Runner features one of three different traditional carpet patterns from Historic Artsakh including the “Vahan” design from 19th century Syunik/Artsakh, the “Vorotan” design from early 20th century Syunik/Artsakh, and “Guhar” design from the second half of the 19th century.

  • Made by Lilit Melikyan. Lilit is an experienced artist/designer specializing in textile printing and batik. Her works stand out with traditional Armenian cultural inspirations. She is the director of the Teryan Cultural Center.

 

Hand-poured MōM Floral Candle

  • MōM Floral Candle features one of various different scents, colors, and flowers. The candles are made from fragrant flowers native to Artsakh.

  • Made by Tiruhi Gasparyan. Tiruhi lives in Stepanakert, Artsakh. She has made candles at home from a young age and strives to master the craft. After participating in the ARF Bureau youth office “Verelk” business development program and winning a grant, she turned her hobby into a growing business.

 

Souvenir Handcrafted Artsakh Brandy (Oghi)

  • Artsakh Brandy (Oghi) features a glass bottle with 50ml of one of the following handcrafted brandies: Apricot, Mulberry, Apple, Grape, Cornelian Cherry.

  • Made by Vahagn Adamyan in the region of Askeran, Artsakh.
